Explore Your Heritage
Rediscover your Macedonian heritage…or discover it for the first time! Come with a friend or come alone and leave with new friends.
Come home to Macedonia – the land of your ancestors.
BIRTHRIGHT MACEDONIA’s mission is to offer all youth who are of Macedonian heritage and live abroad the opportunity to come to Macedonia for three weeks during the summer. While there, they will be assigned an internship program that complements their academic goals, career goals or general interests.
Work for the Good of Macedonia
The United Macedonian Disapora offers internships throughout the year at its office in Washington, D.C.
The program is designed for undergraduate and graduate students interested in Macedonia and Southeast Europe.
This internship can serve as an effective means to introduce and advance a future career in foreign policy, journalism, public relations, human rights, advocacy, government, or the non-profit sector.

The United Macedonian Diaspora and its young leaders program, Generation M, can continue to accomplish its valuable work only with the help of dedicated Macedonians and friends of Macedonia like you.
